Balance


Balance impacts everything in our lives. The older we get the more we realize the importance of good balance. Sitting, standing, walking, and running all require balance. Our reliance on balance has a major effect on how we perform our daily activities.  Without balance we are grounded so to speak and without good balance everyday activities would become nearly impossible.  Just as we need good balance to walk or run, we also need good balance to manage our lives. We all wear many various hats daily and must not only balance our lives, but also our bodies. Take time to work on balance.
